Need a hand with a delivery, your driver application, or your account? Here's how to reach us and what you can take care of yourself in the app.

Contact us

Email support@truked.com for anything at all — a delivery that didn't go as planned, a billing question, a driver application, or a privacy request. A real person reads every message.

If you already have the app, the fastest route is Help & Support, which you'll find on your home screen as either a customer or a driver. It opens a chat with our support team, and because you're signed in, we can see the job you're asking about without you having to explain it from scratch.

Help during an active delivery

If something goes wrong while a delivery is in progress — you're stuck at a pickup, a load won't fit, there's a dispute, or a vehicle breaks down — open the job screen in the app and use the Call Support button. It appears only on deliveries that are underway, which is exactly when a phone call beats typing.

For anything that isn't time-critical, email or in-app chat will get you a better-documented answer.

If someone is hurt or in immediate danger, call 911 first. Truked support is not an emergency service.

Your account and your data

You can delete your Truked account and its data from inside the app: go to Profile and choose Delete Account. You don't need to email us to do it, and you don't need our permission.

To request a copy of your data, correct something we have wrong, or ask a question about how we handle your information, email support@truked.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
