Common questions

What can I haul with Truked?

Pretty much anything that fits in a truck bed or cargo area. Furniture, appliances, lumber, boxes, equipment, and more. If you're not sure, just describe it in the app and we'll match you with a trucker who can handle it.

How fast can I get a delivery?

Most deliveries are same-day. Once you book, a nearby trucker typically accepts within minutes. You can also schedule deliveries in advance for a specific date and time.

How do I become a Truked driver?

Download the app, tap "Apply to Drive", and complete the 4-step application. You'll need your driver's license, truck details, insurance, and registration. We run a background check, and once approved, you can start accepting jobs immediately.

How do drivers get paid?

Drivers earn 85% of every fare plus 100% of tips. Payouts are sent to your bank account twice a week (Monday and Thursday) via Stripe. You can track your earnings in the app.

Is my delivery insured?

Every delivery is protected by Truked's claims process — if something's damaged during a delivery, file a claim in the app within 3 days, and approved claims are paid up to the lesser of the item's declared value or $5,000. Every driver is vetted (license, insurance on file, background check), and every job is documented with photos at pickup and delivery.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once a trucker accepts your job, you can track their location in real-time on the map, see an estimated arrival time, and message them directly through the app.
